    Near the beach end of Jalan Pantai Segara Ayu, you’ll often witness crowded morning scenes with loyal customers queuing up at this local warung. Warung Nasi Ayam Bali Men Weti serves a mixed plate of rice, spiced roast betutu chicken, deep-fried crispy chicken skin, Balinese chicken wrapped style satay or ‘sate lilit’, spicy chicken soup, half egg topped with hot tomato sambal, blanched cassava leaves, shredded coconut lawar mix, fried peanuts and a special sambal that consists of sliced shallots, chilli and salt.     Warung Lawar Kodi

    One of Sanur’s tucked away but popular warungs is Warung Lawar Kodi, which serves up tasty homemade nasi campur mixed rice topped with babi guling roast pork and a highlight lawar (minced meat and vegetables) on the side. The original lawar is mixed with aromatic herbs and spices and, usually with fresh blood – so it’s definitely one for the adventurous.
